A Full Line of High Quality Carton Sealing Tapes
Bemis offers a full line of high quality carton sealing pressure sensitive tapes. Choosing the right tape is important, so here is some helpful information.
BemisTapes® are made using a biaxially-oriented polypropylene backing, providing a strong and consistent base. Bemis also makes a polyester backed tape for even greater holding power.
Synthetic rubber adhesives give added strength that can be blended to just the right formulation. All Bemis carton sealing tapes use the exclusive CORR-U-GRIP® synthetic rubber adhesive, which seals your boxes with thousands of power grippers. Bemis makes its tapes with different release coats for various applications. In addition, if color is requested, BemisTapes are made using colored film, rather than adding color to the adhesive. This makes for a colored tape that is just as strong as a clear tape. Try BemisTape® today.

Stretch at Break — PSTC* Test No. 31 measures elongation of tape in machine direction until breakage occurs.
Tensile Strength — Also PSTC* Test No. 31 which measures amount of force required to break the tape.
Holding Power To Kraft — Refers to results of PSTC* Test No. 7, using ½" x ½" squares of tape on ASTM STD. REF. Liner board at 72°F with 2 lb. weight at 180° angle.
Peel Adhesion — PSTC* Test No. 1 measures internal strength of the adhesive (indication of long-term holding strength).
Loop Tack — Indication of how quickly a tape grabs.
