The Tension-Master II Taping Head is virtually indestructible. It features extra strong anodized steel construction and polyurethane rollers, which outlast standard rubber rollers by ten times. The knife arm and guard assembly has been redesigned and strengthened. All pivot points have been upgraded from bronze bushings to longer lasting, smoother operating sealed ball bearings.

Extremely accurate, adjustment free, and easy to thread

The Tension-Master II Taping Head is easy to operate. The extremely accurate tension control system delivers adjustment-free operation for perfect taping every time. Its one-way directional rollers keep the tape from backlashing. Plus, its unique tape tail support system and consistent 2-5/8" tape tails insure secure seals.

The Tension-Master II Taping Head is simple to thread. A special “easy-threading slot” has been cut away, so switching rolls only takes seconds. Changing knife blades is easy, too. The head’s pressure rollers swing and lock out of the way, so you can slip in a new blade easily and safely.

The Tension-Master II Taping Head uses polypropylene and other plastic film tape in all standard widths, and in all lengths: 1000 yd., 1500 yd., and 2000 yd. rolls.

The Tension-Master II Taping Head’s exclusive Lifetime Warranty covers all parts including knives, springs, rollers, even a total head replacement if necessary. To qualify, just make sure you use BemisTape™ carton sealing tape in the taping head. Of course, if you choose not to use BemisTape™, we’ll still give you a great three-year warranty on the head.
